Shipping & Delivery
Each piece in JSS.JWL is made to order and may take 2-3 weeks to make before your order is shipped. If you're concerned on delivery time/date please contact me beforehand and I'll try my best to work out a timeframe to accommodate your request!
I am based in Jakarta, Indonesia and all design works are made here in my studio. For shipping within the country some options available are JNE Delivery, GoSend or Grab Delivery, shipping costs are not included. Please let me know in your oder what delivery method you prefer.
Please make sure you enter the correct address, once items are shipped we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
International Orders
Yes we do accept international orders!
Your international order may be subject to extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. You can obtain the latest information by contacting or checking your country's customs policy for international deliveries.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your piece, please contact me to process returns/exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for ring orders as each ring is custom sized to the wearer.
Only full priced items are accepted for returns & exchanges, we do not accept damaged items.
You can request a return/exchange within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in undamaged state and returned in its complete original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for shipping fees for returns & exchanges.
