The Egg Tool picks up, cracks and whisks an egg all in one tool. This project was made during my Foundation year in RISD in Spatial Dynamics class, the tool had to be made out of mostly wood, I used plywood for the main body and mahogany and walnut for the top small circular pieces.

First Layer: two "fingers" live inside the egg tool, you use these to pick the egg up and place it into the holes the fingers live in.

Second Layer: the lid twists on a dowel that you can insert to the third layer, the main body. This is how you crack the egg, by twisting the lid.

Third Layer: this is the main body, after cracking the egg's shell, the egg falls down to the third layer, the holes at the bottom filter the egg from any broken shells and fall into the bowl.
